What is this?

Check-ins are a way to ground a session and help build empathy between people. We’ve created some simple emoji check-ins ready for any session.

How to use it

  1. Use them to see how the team feels and adjust the flow and pace of your session
  2. You might use them as they are at the start of a session to check-in (make sure you create enough space for everyone to take part)
  3. You can get different team members to host weekly sessions
  4. Activities like these are critical to creating greater trust within a group working together.

Timing

20 – 45 minutes depending on the size of your group, and how often you connect.
